Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. After ordering process you will receive a tracking number.
Where are you shipping from?
We ship from Istanbul, Turkey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes/cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be declined. Orders can be returned for a full refund after they are received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please remember that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Within Turkey, it should take about 1 week.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, please contact us!
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site in Turkish Lira are exempt from customs duties; this means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your overseas order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
How can I return a product?

What happens if the product/products I received are faulty/wrong/damaged?
In the event that you receive a wrong, missing, and/or faulty product, please contact us. Please include your order number, photos of the product/products, and all relevant references when receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your situation as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
